------------------------------------------------------------

Questions:

a) was 3.2 not kepler-compatible? QE passed it in JBDS-2395.
b) What about JBDS-2682 ? Should we also add more to the site to avoid that problem?
c) need a PR for updating content on devstudio.jboss.com too, as that site must mirror what's on download.jboss.org so that JBDS Central can pull SpringIDE 3.3 from .com while JBT Central pulls the same from .org
