Before we can proceed to wire this up into Central, we need QE signoff on SpringIDE 3.3 mirror [0].


Please note too that this mirror contains M1 (milestone 1 or alpha 1) versions of some plugins, and is missing pack.gz versions of plugins so will perform more slowly suffer (in terms of installation performance) compared to the 3.2.0 mirror [1].
