I spent most of the day yesterday trying to figure it out and it was not working for me nether in JBDS CR1 respin-a nor in development environment. Then suddenly I found out that forge2.runtime was the reason for problems in dev environment. After that (not sure if there is relation to rorge2.runtime fix in dev env) it started to work in JBDS as well.
