    Steps to Reproduce: 
According to steps for running on OpenShift from https://github.com/openshift/etherpad-example:
* EXEC: Invoke OpenShift Application creation wizard
* EXEC: Fill application details (name, select mongodb cartridge, provide application source repo: git://github.com/openshift/etherpad-example.git)
* EXEC: Hit finish
Result:
Wizard stops the progress bar and gets back to all fields enabled. There is no error dialog, no entry in the Eclipse log. The application is created, it shows up in the OpenShift Explorer
