Having logged into issues.jboss.org with JBDS' internal browser, can you then validate settings as in my screenshots above? And what happens if you restart JBDS? Also, are you using JBDS' Secure Storage? Check under Window > Preferences > General > Security > Secure Storage and make sure your credentials are stored there:
