This issue might be caused by a bundle which is not a direct dependency (via MANIFEST.MF) but which is necessary for the good execution of Spring Perspective.
We should investigate to find out which bundle contribute the following actionSets: ajnavigation ajelementCreation com.springsource.sts.roo.ui.actionSet . First guess is that they're part of AspectJ and Roo features.
