Version: 7.0.0.CR1
Build id: CR1-v20130706-1410-B357
Build date: 20130706-1410

I can only reproduce the 'big icon' issue but not the menu contribution itself. Did not test every project type but the menu 'OpenShift' is not present in neither Java/Maven/JavaScript project so I suppose it can't be considered as present in every project context menu.
