I don't think we should be using the product name at this navigation level.  All of the other navigation names are generic.  Therefore, some options for terminology:

- Portlet applications
- Portal applications
- Portals

I prefer #1 as I think that is most accurate to what these quickstarts are showing - but I'll let someone with more domain expertise chime in to be sure.
