Forgot to update the org.jboss.tools.project.examples/pom.xml so even though the class file was updated, the binary still contains a different value than the source (development discovery site instead of stable discovery site). 

Have added an override to the job so that for its next respin we can pass in the correct URL to the job regardless of what's in the pom or classfile:
