I would map "Often Used" to the properties on the dialog box when the component/widget is inserted via the jQuery Mobile Palette.   If it appears in the dialog/wizard then it should appear here at the top of the list - as those are the ones I (the user) am most likely to re-visit (e.g. changing the label on a button, changing its icon).

Also, I dislike the "Often Used" category as a label.  Perhaps a demo for our UX people would help us sort out the category names.
