[~snjeza] Sorry for not making my question clear enough. Migration to newer download-maven-plugin and plexus-archiver was provided in patch https://github.com/maven-download-plugin/maven-download-plugin/issues/15 . But [~akazakov] got an issue with this patch. What I'm more interested in is knowing what is the exact issue Alexey got, to see whether it is related to the suggested patch.
