PR https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-locus/pull/31 (applied in master) does this:

* remove SNAPSHOT jars from locus/site/pom.xml and category.xml
* bump Locus version in master branch poms to 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT, *EXCEPT...*
* bump target platform version to 1.0.0.Final instead of 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT (or 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT), since it's unlikely to change frequently
