I believe that the problem is old WebKit browser bundled in RHEL6.
See already logged 
   JBIDE-12274 (BrowserSim borks on jquery mobile (RHEL 6.1))
and 
   https://bugzilla.redhat.com/966571 .

This issue is very similar to JBIDE-12274. The only difference is that CordovaSim is rendered using jQuery UI (not jQuery Mobile).
