Steps to Reproduce:

1) create new Hybrid Mobile (Cordova) Application Project
2) Project.. Run As > Run with CordovaSim
app works as expected
3) start Debug > Weinre (BrowserSim context menu)
FAIL: new window opens but nothing is visible there (just blank white window)
