I assume under several BrowserSim windows you mean separate BrowserSim instances? For now settings are saved on exit. If you open Browsersim -> enable livereload -> close BrowserSim, livereload will be enabled in all subsequent instances.

Regarding to the livereload server synchronization. If livereload is enabled in BrowserSim, it works only when the livereload server is active. So you may safely enable it and think that this is already implemented :) (a page refresh 1will be needed if the server is started *after* a page is opened in BrowserSim).

My main concern about enabling livereload by default is that it will refresh everything, even if you are browsing a 3rd party web-site, like google.com.
