Had no problem installing Central into JBDS 7 Beta1 and Eclipse Kepler RC3 JavaEE bundle (after removing the extraneous links from Available Software Sites).

However, this issue exposes a bigger problem: our mirror still has external refs to sourceforge. Need to fix that. See also JBIDE-14460, where I ask if we should be including PMD 4 instead of 3.2.6. Still waiting on feedback for that issue.
