If we remove org.jboss.tools.maven.gwt.feature from the JBDS update site, it needs to be moved to the Extras site or else it won't be installable from Central. Do we want to start having o.j.t.* features on the Extras site? Seems like NO, because the Extras are supposed to be just 3rd party things.

Alternatively, we could look at adding org.jboss.tools.maven.gwt.feature to the JBDS TP, but then the JBDS TP will depend on the JBT aggregate site.

We could also consider having a site for "things in JBT that are not in JBDS OOTB, but which we support via Central", though that sounds like more overhead for little gain.

Is it so bad that the installer includes GWT? (Note that the JBDS 6 installer also includes GWT, so if we change this for 7 we may also have backport the solution to JBDS 6.)

Oh, and since there's a request to have all of Central available as a single TP site, would we include o.j.t.m.gwt feature in there? Or just the c.google.gwt and gdt features?
