Server adapter wizard cannot created adapter if the associated application is not yet imported and while importing user unchecks option to create server adapter - makes sense since the first step user made is to try to create adapter. See the screencast: [^out.ogv]

Not a major use case (user will probably won't uncheck to create the adapter in the second step of application creation), but should be fixed before GA since server wizard gets completely out.
