Looks like this logging is in upstream code. At the same time StacksManager already have this logging implemented in some way at line [153|https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-base/blob/master/stacks/plugins/org.jboss.tools.stacks.core/src/org/jboss/tools/stacks/core/model/StacksManager.java#L153].
