Cannot replicate that. "JBoss Tools LiveReload Development Resources" feature should be installed to import livereload plugin with sources. It is not obvious, would be probably good to have category "JBoss Tools Development Resources". Now there is only one way to find those "* Development Resources" features by turning off "Group items by category".
