I'm okey removing Tech Preview.

My concern was that we had issue stating m2e and egit was not updatable for all cases because we had com.jbds.* features locking them down.

In JBDS BYOE we will work on the assumption our plugin boundaries are correct thus p2 should not not install something broken.

in JBDS (installer) we'll lock down to ensure we can control it with respect to updates from our site.
