+1 to drop this. 

For BYOE we already have 4 options:

a) installing from Eclipse Marketplace
b) installing BYOE category/feature from devstudio.jboss.com update site
c) installing BYOE category/feature from devstudio.jboss.com update site zip
d) installing BYOE category/feature from the installer jar (selected as an archived update site)
