Restart browserSim means losing all sync windows. I have an idea to implement sync window saving for next Alpha1. Now we have time to implement only a "light version" of this feature. It means we will add a checkbox to preferences and tell user that browserSim will be on top after restart(means user needs to restart browserSim manually itself). As for me this is doubtful feature.
