Nick Boldt commented on JBIDE-15007:
------------------------------------
Reason: workspace contains jars in a plugin's lib folder which should have been removed, causing the failure.
Solutions:
a) enable workspace cleaning (or parameterized workspace cleaning?) to wipe out the workpace (or perhaps *.jar) before every build
b) run `git clean -X -f` before or after every build
c) build locally before committing changes that remove files from git
