This has sat too long. I don't recall why we were looking at this refactoring. I think it was about splitting core junit tests from UI integration tests and keeping them in completely different repos, but I don't believe anyone ever did that.

Note too that the Core tests site [1] is being regularly rebuilt - currently has 4.1.0.Beta3-v20130626-0006-B1707.

But the SOA Tests [2] site appears to be deprecated / mothballed - currently has 4.0.0.CR1-v20121115-0356-B1205. 

Are the tests on that site [2] still being built/maintained?

Doesn't look like the integrationtests site is being built either - currently has 1.0.0.Alpha2 (latest contained feature is timestamped 20130313-1951-B90).
