After looking at this the problem is not really html5, it also happens for html4.

The main issue is pages that heavily uses javascript to manipulate visible true/false which our primary html5 example does.

If we disable VPE tabs just based on html5 we risk to introduce bugs because code relies on all three tabs being there and if the users is not using javascript heavily the preview is ok/decent since vpe supports basic html5.

Recommendation is to continue to keep the tabs.
