[~maxandersen] If none of the vpe/xulrunner plugins need to be unpacked, that only leaves the hibernate & freemarker ones.

Do any of the Hibernate ones need to be unpacked? 

What about the lone freemarker plugin? If so, we might have to respin freemarker. :(
