Do you also have JBDS 6.0.0.CR1 installed? Is it possible that there are two apps with the same id fighting for the same entry in unity?

If so, can you point me at how unity resolves the entries it sees? 

Or, can you uninstall all other versions of JBDS on your machine, then install JBDS 7, and see if Unity shows the JBDS 7 or still has JBDS 6? Can you reboot (maybe the value is cached) ?
