Why not using Jetty 8.1.9 instead of 8.1.3 ? (http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/updates/jetty-bundles-8.x/8.1.9.v20130131/)
Also, the TP misses the following plugins: 

* org.eclipse.jetty.websocket,
* org.eclipse.jetty.servlets, (*PLURAL*)
* org.eclipse.jetty.client,

I need those 3 ones to run the upcoming LiveReload plugin

(sorry, this will require a new build of the TP)
