Cloned from JBIDE-12389. 

It's time to remove Central discovery plugin/feature from https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central (moved to https://svn.jboss.org/repos/devstudio/trunk/product/discovery/ until we have a project in github for it), and remove it from the category.xml files that contain it:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central/blob/master/site/category.xml

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build-sites/blob/master/aggregate/site/category.xml


  was:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ contains references to org.jboss.tools.central.discovery.feature

As seen in https://community.jboss.org/message/751265#751265 users can install these and end in update problems.

This plugin shouldn't even be on this site.
