Max, you can ask a question on a JIRA w/o having to re-open it.
The reason for the reduced list of Atlassian-related IUs included in the Target Platform is because we don't need to include them there.
The Atlassian features included in Central (in the two connectors - one for JB JIRA issue connector, and one for all of Atlassian - have not changed. You can verify this from what and where I committed.
