Might want to ensure that both jobs are doing the same thing with the same parameters. I had forgotten about the machydra version so it's probably out of date.

Alternatively we could add a step to the main one to push files to your internal server so you can see the output from Brno instead of from Boston datacenter. Would that be better? Then you'd have one job to maintain instead of two.
