If we wanted to take the absolute smallest subset, it would only be:

  ECFTransport, and ECFTransportUtility. 

If we wanted to bring the most important core common groundwork, it would also include:

BasePlugin, IPluginLog, LogHelper, StatusFactory.

IF we wanted to also add the ability to send errors to redhat, we'd need the o.j.t.common.reporting package. 

I'm sure these two classes are not enough to get your jimmies rustled, but, Stacks, Runtimes, and Central all use these classes.
