I cleaned and upgraded all units test to protocol-1.2. The current state runs all unit-test fine and compiles. I pushed it to the topic branch "JBIDE-12320" in my fork: https://github.com/adietish/openshift-java-client/tree/JBIDE-12320
The next step is to run the integration tests and eventually add unit-tests if I discover failures.
When this is finished the client will have dropped protocol v1.0 and v1.1, it will exclusively work with protocol v1.2
