Mockito 1.9.5 is now part of JBoss Tools Locus: https://github.com/nickboldt/jbosstools-locus/tree/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.locus.mockito/1.9.5
It can be rebuilt / installed from here:
https://github.com/nickboldt/jbosstools-locus/ -> https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-locus.site_master/ -> http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-locus.site_master/all/repo/
