I asked servicedesk to set the cache timeout to 24 hours for  http://download.jboss.org/gatein/quickstarts/** and now http://download.jboss.org/gatein/quickstarts/gatein-3.6/project-examples-gatein3.6-jbt4.1-001.xml shows the proper version.

I'll ask [~fkiss] to revalidate this once I release new version of GateIn quickstarts (probably tomorrow).
