So its a build - just like eclipse does incremental build for java, Yeoman/Grunt/Bower does incremental build of the html files into modified-html :)

Thus I would say we can't really do much here - except starting adding support for running yeoman/grunt/bower etc. which is definitely out of scope for our GA in June.
