[~nickboldt] the question was if we can do updates to the central site without long windy full respins. ie. can we just rebuild and publish the discovery plugin and nothing else.

About automated testing that is good, but it seems we only run that once a month ? Is that intentional ? 

i.e. last run was May 15, but before that Mar 24. Sounds like something is amiss here or ?
