Now there is a possibility of enabling/disabling LiveReload for both BrowserSim and CordovaSim. This option is specific for every BrowserSim instance and works the same way as "Use Skins" option (value will be saved in specificPreferences.xml before BrowserSim/CordovaSim shutdown, and on the next launch will be loaded from it)
