1. Create a new Web Seam Project
2. Open home.xhtml with VPE
3. Press Link with Editor button
4. D&D WebContent/img/dtpick.gif from Package Explorer to the editor
5. There should be <h:graphicImage>, <img>, and <s:graphicImage> in the list of suggested tags for insertions. But now there are <ui:include> and <s:decorate>

This was broken by the fix of JBIDE-13791
