You'll just have to convince someone at Red Hat to hire you. :) Meanwhile, I'll watch it and keep you updated as it progresses.
You might want to consider refactoring all your "needs something special" tests into a particular test class name pattern so that they can be easily filtered out from the list of classes that Jenkins runs as part of the Maven build.
For example, if all your webkit-dependent tests had "webkit" in the name, then you could add a profile for "webkit" which would allow you to run the tests locally via
mvn clean install -Pwebkit
But in Jenkins we could simply disable them with
mvn clean install -P\!webkit
so that the tests that will never succeed there can simply be skipped.
