Should be ok for now.
For the few repo which don't have p2 metadata, we might need to have those metadata generated, but this should be done in the very few build.xml that require it.
Also, I'm a bit disappointed because this PR should have enabled .pack.gz files as siblings instead of .blobstore, but this actually did not happen.

I'll make a new issue for that (targeted to Beta2).
