JBDS 6 with soa tooling installed from here:

This project in JBDS 5 (mavenized project in projects directory) imported and no errors in Problem tab, but in JBDS 6 the soa tooling causes errors to appear in Problems tab. These errors do not effect project, as unit tests run, it points to something internal to parsing the bpmn2 files. Assuming internal to tooling.
