whoops - forgot to attach this.

I redid the work and the minimal changes for one doc is in here:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-documentation/pull/71

basically 

a) need to use updated version of jdocbook since the one we use has a bug.
b) Add <injection> into pom.xml
c) refer to these in docbooks.
