Max's suggests that the word "Forge" not be used to categorize/organize these options.  I am comfortable with that but still wish for these to be grouped in a way so that the end-user understands they are mostly to be used together and it should be more obvious that some menu-items are pre-reqs for others.  "Scaffold  
Entities" can not be used before "Scaffold Setup".

For instance, based on the current grouping under JBoss Tools - I am lead to believe that "Create a sample web service" will work much like "New Entity".
