Fest Assert is now two plugins, not 1. And the whole project builds against Orbit + Juno (or Kepler) target platform. Have tested w/ Juno SR2, Kepler M6 and M7. Only a few actual dependencies are needed from Orbit, really.

We could consider slipping this into Beta1 respin-a if we wanted. PR 1 from [~maxandersen] applied.
