No Len. Server is always started. In MBean Explorer only server JMX connection is managed. So issue here is that when user repeats connecting to server's JMX interface, it isn't always successful. Sometimes MBean explorer is not focused (as it should be) and sometimes Show In -> MBean Explorer menu item is not enable but JMX connection is not opened at the same time.
