The apache.poi version in the locus repository should be removed for the following reasons:
 * uses multiple jars in a single bundle;
 * is an old version;
 * a much newer version (3.9) resides in Orbit;
 * Was only used by Teiid Designer, which has now migrated to the version in Orbit.
