Not sure I follow...

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/core/trunk/ currently contains "Latest Build: 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT (Beta2-v20130531-1315-B6615)"

And

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/core/trunk/2013-05-31_09-09-44-B6615/ contains all the metadata for that site.
