1. unpack Eclipse JEE SR1, use clean workspace
2. Install JBoss Community Central feature from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_41/all/repo/
3. Open Eclipse > Central > Software/Update > browse for connectors

OR

1. install JBDS from http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio.product_71/installer/ or update using http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio.product_71/all/repo/
2. restart. check jbdevstudio.ini file. If upgrading, should have replaced 
{code}-Djboss.discovery.directory.url=https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/7.0/devstudio-directory.xml{code}
with
{code}-Djboss.discovery.directory.url=https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/7.0-development/devstudio-directory.xml{code}
If fresh install, 7.0-development URL should be seen.
3. Open JBDS > Central > Software/Update > browse for connectors
